Organised by the Freundeskreis des Hauses der Photographie association, the event is aimed at emerging photographers and young professionals who would like to share and discuss their work with experts from the international photography scene. In one-on-one conversations, participants will receive valuable, in-depth feedback on topics such as portfolio presentation, the positioning of their work, as well as any individual questions they may have.
Round-table talks will address topical questions about the future of photography, and provide a platform for discussion and exchange.
In the afternoon, this will be followed by a public Portfolio Walk, enabling a wider audience to discover and explore the presented works. In this context, the jury-selected favourites will be honoured with the “Best Portfolio Awards”.
Submissions for the Portfolio Day are accepted until April 30, 2026.
