Image 1: “I recently moved close to down town Orlando, Florida, and went to explore my new surroundings. During my photography outings, I’ve noticed that lunch time is the busiest period. I saw this elegantly dressed man returning from his coffee break, so I stood on the tracks to capture this ordinary, yet special moment.” – Juan Sostre

Image 2: “My wife and I spent several weeks in the US. Crossing the Navajo Nation, a Native American self-governed area, we saw beautiful murals adorning abandoned houses, which are part of the Painted Desert Project. This photo captures the harshness of nature, melancholic decay and new beginnings.” – Rolf R. Fink

Image 3: “This is not unusual in Shanghai or any of China: residents leave chairs outside, so the elderly might have a place to rest and chat. The amusing constellation of random chairs caught my attention. The colours and shapes harmonise and viewers might wonder: who was sitting there?” – Peter Cheng Hongjun

Image 4: “One week after purchasing a Q2 Monochrom, I had the chance to test it out at Seoul Fashion Week. Among the sea of models, I noticed this woman. Her monochrome outfit, entirely dressed in black, sporting a futuristic pair of sunglasses, reminded me of the movie Men in Black.” – Mimi Park

Image 5: “I met Australian model and artist Brodie for a photo shoot in Schöneberg, Berlin. Afterwards, we waited for the down town subway. As it arrived I captured this moment. The saturated yellow train and lighting had us musing about photography as we hopped on.” – Felix Kayser

Image 6: “Crossing a pedestrian walkway outside the Seoul subway, the beauty of the white stripes on dark asphalt struck me. I thought how great it would be, if I could take pictures from any angle. An accessible rooftop gave me this shot, and the gentle snowfall perfected the absolutely stunning view from above.” – Selmo Kim

Image 7: “At the Mönchengladbach old-timer meet-up I asked this man if I could take a picture. After a few shots, I caught this image as my protagonist grabbed something from the boot. This photo is just so satisfying: the outfit matching the vehicle; the turquoise luggage printed with tiny cars; and, of course, the pristine Saab itself.” – Jörg Schneider

Image 8: “This photograph is a part of my current project about Great Britain. This particular image was taken in Bicester, England. The city hosts one of of the many typically British car shows, where people come together to have a good time and, of course, put their ex- clusive, vintage cars on display.” – Taras Perevarukha
