For some time now, LFI have given out high-quality memory cards to readers taking out a magazine subscription. Now the range has been expanded with the new Samsung PRO Plus and EVO Plus models. Both are available either in an SD and a microSD format.

PRO Plus memory cards are specifically designed for camera-based stills and video recording. They are in the UHS speed class 3, with a read speed of up to 95 MB/s, and a maximum write speed of 90 MB/s. Both the SD and the microSD version are available with a storage capacity of either 32 or 64 GB.

EVO Plus memory cards are predominantly aimed at Smartphone and Tablet users. They offer a maximum read and write speed of 80 MB/s and 20 MB/s respectively. EVO Plus memory cards are available in three different storage capacities: 32, 64 and 128 GB.

Five-times protection
Both card models have been optimised to protect your data in extreme conditions. As well as being water, dust and shock-proof, the cards can also withstand extreme temperatures. In addition, they are resistant to X-rays and strong magnetic fields. EVO Plus and PRO Plus memory cards have been designed for a lifespan of 10,000 cycles, for which the manufacturer offers a ten-year guarantee.
