Miami Street Photography Festival

For the fourth time, Leica Camera have teamed up with the cultural institution HistoryMiami to create the Miami Street Photography Festival. The event takes place from 3 to 6 December 2015, as part of the Art Basel Miami photography fair. The three-day programme includes exhibitions, portfolio reviews, workshops, artist talks with renowned photographers, an international conference as well as the introduction of up-and-coming contemporary street photographers.

24 Hours in Miami
Among the festival's highlights is Leica's project '24 Hours in Miami': from 2 to 3 December, local Leica photographers will be invited to document street life in Miami. The best pictures will be showcased on 5 December as part of an InstaMeet with Leica photographer Jason Peterson.

Contest Finalists
All shortlisted works will be presented in a two-month exhibition at the HistoryMiami Museum. The winner stands to receive a brand-new Leica Q.

Leica Loan-pool
Leica Camera USA will be loaning out a number of Leica cameras for the duration of the event. To participate in the loan programme, simply bring a photo ID, credit card and your own SD card. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis on 3 and 4 December (10.00–17.00), as well as 5 December (10.00–24.00).
