Leica X-U
Its technical specifications correspond to those of a standard Leica X, featuring a 16-megapixel APS-C sensor, fast Summilux 23 mm f/1.7 Asph and full-HD video capability.
So what has changed? In contrast to the standard version, the flash of the X-U is no longer telescopic but firmly fixed into a small elevation on the lens barrel. On the rear of the camera is a dedicated key to activate underwater operation, which adjusts white balance and distortion correction to aquatic conditions. Tempered glass was used for the rear display monitor, while the lens is equipped with specialist glass for underwater use.
