In the spirit of the digital age, online portfolio reviews and panel discussions will be available via the PhotoVogue website. In addition, participants of CondéFuture – an initiative by Condé Nast Community Talent for students from underrepresented target groups – will have the opportunity to present some of their photo and video projects. Last year’s PhotoVogue was a great success, with around 10,000 visitors exploring the programme of showcases and talks.
At the heart of the 2023 festival edition is a three-day symposium, featuring an impressive line-up of experts and thought leaders who are at the cutting-edge of the AI revolution. The aim is to thoroughly investigate all aspects of artificial intelligence with regards to image-making – including legal implications, copyright issues, biases, and potential threats to the documentary value of photography.
