The group show ‘No Photos on the Dance Floor! Berlin 1989 – Today’ is open at the C/O Berlin from September 13 to November 30, 2019.

‘No Photos on the Dance Floor! Berlin 1989 – Today’ not only documents the city’s vibrant clubbing scene since the fall of the Berlin Wall, but also brings it to life: by day, a comprehensive selection of photographs, videos, film and documentary material retrace the history of Berlin’s club culture over the past 30 years; in the evenings, part of the exhibition space is turned into a temporary nightclub.

The display comprises works by Camille Blake, Tilman Brembs, Ben de Biel, Salvatore di Gregorio, Martin Eberle, Matthias Fritsch, Dan Halter, Erez Israeli, Romuald Karmakar, Steffen Köhn, Tillman Künzel, Sven Marquardt und Marcel Dettmann, George Nebieridze, Alva Noto, Pfadfinderei, Mike Riemel, Carolin Saage, Giovanna Silva, Wolfgang Tillmans, Lisa Wassmann, and Michael Wesely.

The opening will take place on September 12, 2019 from 7 pm.
