From Erich Lessing to Andreas H. Bitesnich

On 10 June at 11.00, the outdoor exhibition Expressions opens at Vienna’s Judenplatz Square. American portrait and celebrity photographer Greg Gorman will be speaking at the opening event.

The featured images were originally compiled last year, when Austria was represented as a guest country at the horizonte zingst festival. The selection comprises works by 59 renowned photographers, among them Erich Lessing, Elfie Semotan, Horst Stasny, Lois Lammerhuber, Josef Hoflehner, Andreas H. Bitesnich and Lisl Steiner. The extremely positive response has now prompted the decision to turn it into a touring exhibition. Following the display in Vienna, the show will move to 10 further cities across Europe.
