Our most recent challenge invited you to take a photographic journey into your innermost self. The task required for this LFI Gallery challenge was to produce abstract and surreal compositions that explore the boundaries between photography, painting and the performing arts. We gave you free rein as far as the technical implementation and the design of your motifs was concerned. It didn't matter if the picture was taken with a Leica X or a Leica S, whether in colour or in black and white, calm or flashy – but it had to be an eye-catcher!
The submissions that we received were quite spectacular and amazing, and we had to spend quite some time considering them all. The spectrum ranged from unusual reflections, extreme close-ups, and long exposures, all the way to everyday objects that normally get very little attention. Once again, we want to express our sincere thanks for the diversity of the submissions, and our regret that we only have a limited amount of space for presentations. You can find an overview of all the entries we have released on this page. We hope that you find the images as captivating as we do. In the meantime, we are already working on the next challenge.
