A grey filter (neutral density filter) evenly reduces the entire spectrum of visible light. This opens up new creative possibilities – such as allowing you to shoot with a Summilux or Noctilux at full aperture even in sunlight, or to achieve interesting blur effects by using long exposures.

The B+W 102 ND features a log density of 0.6, reducing light intensity by two f-stops. Like all B+W filters, the 102 ND 0.6 is streak-free and cut from premium grade, finely polished and plane-parallel optical glass. MRC-coated for maximum scratch resistance and minimum reflection.
