Born in Neuendettelsau in 1983, Röder studied Media Art and Design with an emphasis on Photography, at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. She has been a Professor of Photography at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Hamburg, since 2017. In 2020, she completed her Doctorate in the field of Artistic Research. Her work has appeared in exhibitions and at international festivals.
