Winners of the Renaissance Photography Award 2013
The winners of this year's Renaissance Photography Award were celebrated in London on 5 September. Austrian photographer Hanna Putz received first prize in the category of 'Best Series'. The self-taught photographer, who also works as a model, has quickly established herself in the industry, with sculptural compositions and authentic portraits – illustrated also in her winning series 'Untitled 2011–2013'. Her work has been published in the British Journal of Photography, New York Magazine and Zeit Magazine, among others.

Further winners
Further honours went to Jackson Patterson for his photomontage 'Elevator Point' in the category of 'Best Single Image', as well as Jason Larkin, who won in the category 'In Between' with his project 'Daniel and His Hunting Dogs in Johannesburg'. Spanish photographer Albert Bonsfills, and US photographer Miska Draskoczy were the category winners of 'Expression' and 'Ordinary'.
