Fotobookfestival in Kassel

The "Daido Book Show", an exhibition of all the books published so far of works by the exceptional Japanese photographer Daido Moriyamas, will be at the heart of the event. The books will be available for festival visitors to browse through. Rare or out-of-print books will be shown in facsimile copies, while all the available ones will be in their original format.

The 2013 Dummies short list is now online
443 books from 33 countries were submitted to this year's International Photo Book Dummy Award. The 55 short-listed book dummies will first be presented in Milan, Dublin and Paris, and finally shown in Kassel. The 3 final winners will be chosen in Kassel by an international jury. The winner will receive a complete photo book production as well as being published in the art magazine European Photography.
