The 21st edition of the European Publishers Award for Photography (EPAP) has begun. From 1 December 2013 to 31 January 2014, photographers from all around the world are able to submit their work for the chance to be published by five European publishing houses.
Submissions must be in the form of a completed, unpublished book project. The winner will be announced during the Rencontres d'Arles photography festival in July 2014. In autumn 2014, the project will be published in five countries simultaneously – with each edition being published in the respective country's language.
The European Publishers Award for Photography was founded in 1994. Previous EPAP winners include renowned photographers such as Paolo Pellegrin, Simon Norfolk and Jacob Aue Sobol.
Further information and an English-language entry form are available at Kehrer Publishing as well as European Publishers Award for Photography.
