  Information about online dispute resolutions in the EU: In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission will set up an internet platform for resolving online disputes (the so-called ODR platform). The ODR Platform will serve as a place to go to settle disputes out of court, when dealing with contractual responsibilities that arise from online purchasing agreements.
