From April 22 to June 12, 2016, the Leica Gallery Warsaw presents photographs by Sandro Miller, featuring John Malkovich. The exhibition presents re-interpretations of iconic images – re-enacted by the Hollywood star and captured by the acclaimed photographer under the title of ‘Malkovich, Malkovich, Malkovich: Homage to Photographic Masters’.

The result of this unusual collaboration are humorous images that are confusingly similar to the originals, paying tribute to classics such as ‘Identical Twins’ by Diane Arbus (1967), Alberto Korda’s Che Guevara portrait of 1960, or Annie Leibovitz’s famous picture of John Lennon and Yoko Ono taken in 1980.

Further re-interpretations in the series include iconic works by Andy Warhol, Arthur Sasse und Richard Avedon. For more details visit Leica Gallery Warsaw
