The Independent Photographer magazine has launched an Open Call competition, with prizes totalling $2,000. Submissions are possible until 31 December 2020.
From fine art, documentary and street photography to still lifes, landscapes and portraits: the Independent Photographer magazine has launched a competition open to all genres of photography.
Participants have the chance to win a total of $2,000 (1st prize: $1,000, 2nd prize: $600, 3rd prize: $400). The selected works will reach a global audience via the magazine’s online platform, and will also be exhibited in Berlin and Milan (pandemic safety regulations permitting).
In addition to LFI photo editor Carol Körting, the jury is composed of internationally renowned artists from leading publications and agencies such as Magnum Photos, VII Agency and Agence Vu', Vogue and GEO.
