From 9 November to 23 December 2017, the Thierry Bigaignon Gallery in Paris presents the exhibition ‘Empire of Dust’ with works by Amélie Labourdette.

The Thierry Bigaignon Gallery in Paris is pleased to present Empire of Dust – the first solo exhibition of French artist Amélie Labourdette. Open from 9 November to 23 December 2017, the show comprises Labourdette’s latest series.

In this project, which was shot in Southern Italy, the award-winning photographer investigates the crude legacy our civilisation is leaving on this planet in the form of monumental, unfinished buildings.
