Leica and Foto Rahn

Leica have founded the subsidiary company Leica Camera Frankfurt GmbH to continue Frankfurt's Rahn AG Foto & Fine Art establishment.
Leica Camera now operate the specialist photography shop Rahn AG Foto & Fine Art in Frankfurt via their new subsidiary company Leica Camera Frankfurt GmbH.

Leica Camera have taken over the specialist photography shop Rahn AG Foto & Fine Art in Frankfurt-on-the-Main. The establishment is now in the hands of Leica's newly founded subsidiary company Leica Camera Frankfurt GmbH. Qaiser R. Malik and Nicolas Uhl – the previous directors of Rahn AG and grandsons of founder Georg Rahn – jointly own around 25 percent of Leica Camera Frankfurt, and have been appointed the new company's managing directors.

Foto Rahn is a specialist shop for digital and analogue Leica cameras as well as photography-related literature, photo books and photographic art. All aspects of business are now in the hands of Leica Camera Frankfurt. In addition to the retail of cameras, sport optics, photographic art and literature, Leica Camera Frankfurt will also offer auctions of collector's items, individual excursions under the guidance of professional photographers, as well as instruction units for Leica products. A high quality printing service completes this extensive portfolio.
