New version of the Leica FOTOS App

Leica FOTOS 2.0 is now available to download to Apple iPhones and Android smartphones. The upgraded version has been designed to be even more user-friendly. For example, the loading speed of the app’s gallery, as well as the camera-to-phone transfer rate have been doubled, while the connection stability between the two devices has been significantly improved. Of course, version 2.0 also offers all of the app’s previous features: users continue to be able to view and edit images, access Exif data, remotely control their camera, share pictures on social networks, and much more.
Leica FOTOS App currently supports the Leica S (Typ 007), Leica SL/SL2, Leica M10/M10-P/M-10-D, Leica Q/Q2, Leica TL/TL2, Leica CL, Leica C-Lux, Leica D-Lux, and Leica V-Lux. Further camera models are to be added in the near future.
The Free version of the app comprises all basic functions; the Pro version, which is subject to a subscription plan, offers additional features such as the transfer of DNG raw files, remote operation of your camera’s video mode, and the seamless integration of Adobe Lightroom straight into the app.
