Winners:
This year’s Kraszna-Krausz Photography Book Award goes to Russet Lederman and Olga Yatskevich for their anthology ‘What They Saw: Historical Photobooks by Women, 1843–1999’.
American author, curator and art historian John G. Hanhardt wins the Moving Image Book Award for his volume ‘The Films of Andy Warhol: Catalogue Raisonné: 1963–1965’.
Finalists:
The monograph ‘Deana Lawson’ by curators Peter Eleey and Eva Respini, and the intimate photo book ‘Agata’ about Agata Kay by Belgian Magnum photographer Bieke Depoorter, were shortlisted for the Photography Book Award.
The shortlist for the Moving Image Book Award comprises the evocative volume ‘Ten Skies’ by film critic and lecturer Erika Balsom, and the exhaustively researched ‘Everyday Movies: Portable Film Projectors and the Transformation of American Culture’ by American author Haidee Wasson.
