Copenhagen Photo Festival 2015

Scandinavia’s largest photo festival will once again celebrate photography in all its aspects and developments. This year from 4-14 June in Copenhagen.
Welcome to a festival program that goes all the way around photography. In its sixth edition, the festival will be emphasizing young Scandinavian photographers with exhibitions in galleries, museums and independent spaces with satellites in Sweden and bigger cities in Denmark.

Experience large format photography when Copenhagen Photo Festival takes over the green walls of Cool Construction (Byens Hegn) at Rådhuspladsen, Enghave Plads, Copenhagen Central Station, Aksel Møllers Have, Nørrebro Station and Vibenshus Runddel. The festival stage is open for artist talks and debates at the exhibition space. Artist talks with Ditte Knus Tønnesen and artists and curators from SixtytEight among others. Meet Mads Nissen – this year’s winner of the World Press Photo Award –, Julie Boserup, Søren Rønholt, Lina Hashim and many others in debates about documentary vs fine art photography, sincere photography and Greenland.

Copenhagen Photo Festival 2015
