The 19th edition of the KOLGA TBILISI AWARD, the largest and most prestigious photo competition in Georgia, is open for entries until 15 March 2020.
This year's competition categories include Documentary Series, Reportage, Conceptual Photo Project, Best One Shot, Mobile Photo One Shot. The closing date for entries is 15 March and the entry fee is 30 US dollars.
The prizes total 6500 US dollars. About 100 series and single pictures will be selected for the shortlist and presented with the winning pictures in Tbilisi at KOLGA TBILISI PHOTO 2020 from May 1 to 7, 2020. All of them will also be shown in the catalogue complete with texts and on the website. The international jury members include Eva Riesinger, gallery owner Soiz Galerie (GER), Tina Schelhorn, curator Galerie Lichtblick & Kolga Tbilisi Photo (GER), Alan Griffiths, photo history web portal Luminous Lint (USA), Regina Monfort, editor of Fotoevidence in NY (USA) and ProfiFoto editor-in-chief Thomas Gerwers.
