First Leica Photographers Meeting in Berlin
The second get-together of the Leica Photographers Group Berlin has been scheduled for Wednesday, 25 February 2015. Those attending will meet at 19.00 at Reinhard's Restaurant, Kurfürstendamm 27, 10719 Berlin-Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf (corner of Fasanenstraße).
The meeting will involve a collective visit to the exhibition "Vivian Maier – Street Photographer" at the Willy-Brandt-Haus, followed by a photographic presentation on São Paolo by one of the group's members.
The meeting will be rounded off by the mutual presentation and analysis of photographs, and the discussion of some organisational points.
The intention of the group's initiators is to facilitate regular get-togethers for Leica photographers, organise collective tours and trips, create joint exhibitions, organise workshops with renowned photographers, and constructively analyse each other's work – in short, to offer a platform for analogue and digital Leica photography in Berlin.
