EyeEm Photography Festival 2016

The third edition of the EyeEm Photography Festival takes place in Berlin on 27 August 2016, supported by official media partner LFI.

Now in its third year, the EyeEm Festival celebrates emerging new talent and explores current developments in photography. The programme includes talks by renowned keynote speakers, workshops, the EyeEm Awards ceremony and finalists exhibition – creating the perfect platform for bringing together some of the world's leading experts in photography, art and technology.

Programme:

Part I: Conference
Leading experts provide insights into the medium's future developments, focusing on social relevance, visual culture and technology.

Part II: Grill & Mingle
A late-summer BBQ offers the chance to socialise with keynote speakers, experts and photographers in an informal atmosphere.

Part III: Interactive Sessions
Photographers, curators and editors share their secrets in workshops and open discussions, and give valuable feedback in one-on-one portfolio reviews.

Part IV: Exhibition, Gala & Afterparty

Announcement of the finalists of the EyeEm Awards 2016, aimed at talented photographers around the world. Opening reception of the finalists exhibition.
