From October 25 to November 17, 2013, the Leica Gallery in Warsaw is presenting “Arrivals & Departures”, an exhibition of photos by Jacob Aue Sobol.
During a journey on the Trans Siberian Railway from Moscow to Beijing via Ulan Bator, Aue Sobol used a Leica M Monochrom to take photographs out of the train window. The resulting series is an intensely stirring collection of black and white images that immediately captivate the viewer.
The exhibition's vernissage coincides with the inauguration of the new gallery. The address is Mysia 3, right in the middle of Warsaw.
