Photographer and instructor, Olaf Willoughby, is announcing that Leica have offered the free use of their cameras to participants in the creative photography course he's co-teaching with Eileen McCarney Muldoon. It is entitled The Power of Imagination - sponsored by Leica and runs at Maine Media, Rockport, starting June 15th. A huge thank you to Tom Smith of the Leica Akademie, North America for his generosity and support.
Enhance your photography through new ways of seeing with the option of using Leica cameras. Explore new ways of shooting with challenging assignments working solo and in small groups.
This workshop brings the power of your imagination into your photography.
It starts with legendary Leica cameras being available for the free use of participants throughout the week. Seeing through a Leica not only takes you out of your usual visual routine, it encourages a different approach which will inspire your work with any camera.
Each day the assignments will extend your creative horizons. They include storytelling, seeing your work as others see it, visual rhymes, multiple exposures and visualising poetry. Whether working solo or on shared projects, the challenges are stepping stones which exercise the creative muscles and build throughout the week to an enriching experience which you take back to your personal work.
