2014 Leica Oscar Barnack Award

Entries for the 2014 Leica Oskar Barnack Award can be submitted exclusively on-line between December 15, 2013 and January 31, 2014. Only one submission can be made per participant.

The Leica Oskar Barnack Award competition is only open to professional photographers. The works to be submitted must be picture series taken in 2013 or long-term projects in which at least some individual photos were taken in 2013.

To participate in the Leica Oskar Barnack Newcomer Award, the professional photographers can not be over 25 years of age at the time of entering their submission. Equally, only picture series taken during 2013 or long-term projects in which at least some individual photos were taken in 2013 are allowed.

The LFI Special Edition 2014 Oskar Barnack Award will appear at the beginning of June. With around 90 pages, it will present in-depth portfolios of the winner and finalists of the 2014 Leica Oskar Barnack Award, and the winner of the 2014 Newcomer Award. Special Editions of LFI for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 are also available at the LFI Shop in both English and German versions.
