The film 'Show Me the Picture: The Story of Jim Marshall' about the notorious music photographer opens in British cinemas on January 31, 2020.

Known for his iconic music photography, Jim Marshall immersed himself in the world of his subjects and became one of the most celebrated and prolific photographers of the 20th century. When he died in 2010, he left behind more than a million pictures that captured the true face of music in the 1960s and 70s.

A new film by Alfred George Bailey, Show Me the Picture: The Story of Jim Marshall, shows the stories behind the images and the man himself, a complex character who fully immersed himself into the culture of the time.

Up until March 2, 2020 an exhibition at the Royal Albert Hall celebrates the iconic images of Jim Marshall featured in the film.
