The touring exhibition Capa in Color will continue at the International Center for Photography in New York until 4 May 2014.
Comprising over 100 contemporary prints as well as related publications and personal papers, the exhibition offers a fascinating insight into this lesser-known strand of the legendary photographer's work.
From 1941 until his death in 1954, Capa regularly photographed in colour. Although some of the images were published in magazines, over the years much of his colour work was almost forgotten – until now.
