Since 2012, the international collective TEMPS ZERO has been bringing together a new generation of experimental visual and sound artists from around the world. Under the leadership of photographer and curator Stéphane Charpentier and soundscape artist Alyssa Moxley, the venture continually gives rise to surprising performances, poetic exhibitions, improvised concerts and workshop presentations.

From January 16 to April 12, 2020, the unconventional collective is represented at the Noorderlicht Studio in Groningen, Netherlands, with an interactive installation – featuring works by Michael Ackerman, Gaël Bonnefon, Martin Bogren, Lorenzo Castore, Stéphane Charpentier, Clara Chichin, Adam Grossman Cohen, Damien Daufresne, Gabrielle Duplantier, Theo Elias, Marco Marzocchi, Lorena Morin, Patricia Morosan, Alisa Resnik, Gilles Roudière, Uli M Schueppel, and Marie Sordat.

In addition, TEMPS ZERO will present works by Groningen-based photographers Baukje Venema and Sebastiaan Rodenhuis, as well as a documentary film by Pierre Montagnez.

The exhibition opens on Wednesday 15 January at 5 pm, the day that Groningen welcomes thousands of music lovers for Eurosonic Noorderslag.
