From 31 January to 2 February 2014, Duesseldorf will be dedicated to photography, with a wide range of exhibitions, a public Portfolio Review and a Magazine Salon.
Numerous galleries, museums and art institutes in Duesseldorf will open their doors for one weekend with a multitude of exhibitions and photography-related events. The wide variety of exhibiting artists include Candida Höfer, Miroslav Tichy and Jürgen Staack. An exhibition of works from the DZ Bank Art Collection, presented at the NRW Forum, will be one of the weekend's particular highlights.
An international Portfolio Review offers photographers the chance to present their work to a jury of industry professionals. In addition, visitors will be able to browse through an array of international photography magazines at the Magazine Salon.
