uring this year’s Photokina, imaging specialists Jobo are introducing their new CPP-3 film processor. The device enables photographers to develop their own colour and black-and-white films in controlled conditions, and to a high qualitative standard.
Via a timer, ten different development processes can be utilised – providing reliable results with each processing method. The maximum processing temperature is 40 degrees Centigrade. Should this be exceeded, a magnetic valve automatically directs cold water into the metal basin, thereby regulating the processing temperature.
A detailed presentation of the CPP-3 processor will take place in September, during the Photokina 2012 imaging fair in Köln. The retail price is, according to the manufacturer, expected to be in the region of around 2500 Euros.
