Photographers are able to submit their project ideas until 13 January 2014 for a chance to receive this year's Alexia Grant. The 20,000 dollar award enables the winner to realise the photojournalistic project they had invisioned.
Last year's grant was awarded to Abir Abdullah for his project highlighting the everyday perils faced by workers of the Bangladeshi textile industry.
The photographer currently works with an M9 from LFI's camera loan-pool.
