Starting October 17, 2014, the Leica Gallery in Wetzlar is presenting two new exhibitions
Starting October 17, 2014, the Leica Gallery in Wetzlar is presenting two new exhibitions: 'Magic Moments – 60 years Leica M' is a collection of top class pictures taken by different Leica photographers over the past six decades. Complementing this, the second project '100 Photographers – 100 Portraits' by American photographer Claire Yaffa. introduces her black and white portraits of photographic personalities who usually stand behind the camera. Both exhibitions can be seen up until January 4, 2015.

In addition, Leica Camera AG is presenting special exhibits from 60 years of Leica M, with pieces from the company museum in the Leica Experiential Area. The first version of the Leica M3 from 1954 and the jubilee Leica M Edition 60 presented at this year's photokina, will be on display next to rare prototypes and trial models. In addition there are cameras that were given to distinguished personalities such as Emil Schulthess, Dwight D. Eisenhower and Queen Elisabeth II.

The Leica Gallery and the Leica Experiential Area (at Leitz-Park 5 in 35578 Wetzlar) are open from Monday to Friday between 10am and 8pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Entrance is free.
