A festival dedicated to photo journalism

The 27th edition of the Visa pour l'Image Photo Festival will take place in Perpignan, southern France, from August 29 to September 13, 2015. Festival director Jean-Francois Leroy dedicates two weeks to photo journalism and, in particular, to reportage photography from war and crisis regions.

Numerous exhibitions by the likes of Gerd Ludwig, Pascal Maitre, Andres Kudacki, Mohamed Abdiwahab, Nancy Borowick and Marcus Bleasdale present the many different perspectives and approaches to reportage photography. In addition, the Visa d'Or award ceremony will take place during the festival.
