Images Vevey Photo Competition

From 12 January to 26 February, 2017, interested photographers can submit works for the Grand Prix Images Vevey. The renowned Swiss photo award is now in its 20th edition. At the same time, submissions for the Images Vevey Book Award are being accepted for the second time. With its 10,000 Swiss francs (around 9,000 euros) it is awarded in support of the realisation of a photo book project.

With prize monies amounting to 40,000 CHF (around 37,000 euros), the Grand Prix Images Vevey enables the winner to develop an original project over a year that will be presented at the 2018 Festival Images Vevey.

The winner of last year’s Grand Prix Vevey was the US photographer Christian Patterson, who received the award for his Gong Co. project.
