Max Pitegoff and Calla Henkel are the winners of the Reda Prize – a new photography award which premiered this year. The ceremony took place as part of the Artissima fair in Turin, Italy. The two US-American photographers were honoured for their project 'Times, Berlin, Spring', created in 2013.
Visual Impact
The jury was impressed by the "immediate visual impact" of the photographers' work, forming the basis for a multitude of meanings and interpretations. Pitegoff and Henkel are represented by the Isabella Bortolozzi Gallery, Berlin.
