'By the River of Kings' is a collection of photographs taken along the Chao Phraya River, one of Thailand's biggest and most important waterways along with the Mekong and the Salween. Because of its historical significance, it is often referred to as the River of Kings. On his journey, the Leica photographer captured the people whose lives are intertwined with the river.
In addition, Sobol's exhibition 'Arrivals and Departures' will be presented at the gallery from 11 March to 21 May 2016.
On 28 and 29 May 2016, the Magnum photographer will be holding a workshop on the LFI premises in Hamburg. For details and registration visit LFI.
