On October 13, 2016, the Bronx Documentary Center in New York is organising the second Photographic Benefit Auction. The event celebrates the fifth anniversary since the establishment of the BDC, and also serves to fundraise for future projects.
40 renowned photographers have donated pictures for the auction, including Peter van Agtmael, Fabio Bucciarelli, Donna Ferrato, Guillermo Cervera, Tyler Hicks, Chris Hondros (represented by Getty Images), Ed Kashi, Eugene Richards, and Joseph Rodriguez.
The proceeds from the auction will go to financing future school programmes, exhibitions and public events. It will take place on October 13 at 7pm at the Brooklyn Brewery. You can get an overview on the pieces to be auctioned and even place a first bid at: Bronx Documentary Center
