The exhibition ‘The Taste of Colour’ with works by Leica photographer Miles Aldridge is on show at the Lumiere Brothers Photography Center in Moscow until February 23, 2020.
A showcase of works by Leica photographer Miles Aldridge will be on display at the Lumiere Brothers Photography Center in Moscow until February 23, 2020.

The selection of more than 40 images marks the first time the British fashion photographer’s work has been exhibited in Russia. Aldridge (b. 1964) is renowned as the ‘king of colour’ on account of his dazzling, overly saturated renditions; his protagonists often seem detached – reminiscent of perfect sculptures, or the subjects of a painting.
The Leica photographer has created cover shots for leading publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, The New York Times and The New Yorker. His work is represented in major international collections, including the holdings of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the International Center of Photography in New York.
