At this year’s Annual General Meeting, the agency welcomed new CEO Caitlin Hughes and five new members.
Due to the global pandemic, this year’s Magnum AGM was conducted online. Caitlin Hughes was welcomed as the agency’s new CEO, who plans to advance Magnum’s role within the field of digital innovation. Olivia Arthur was appointed president following a unanimous vote.
The agency welcomed five new nominees: Mexican photographer Yael Martínez, who is currently participating in the Leica Loanpool scheme, as well as Khalik Allah (USA), Sabiha Çimen (Turkey), Colby Deal (USA), and Hannah Price (USA).
The following motions were passed regarding status changes within the agency: Sohrab Hura and Lorenzo Meloni become members; Gregory Halpern, Rafal Milach, Lua Ribeira, Lindokuhle Sobekwa and Emin Özmen become associates.
