Majorca: Baltic Sea tourists and others staying at home have the chance to enjoy Germany’s favourite island during its visit to Lübeck this summer. Pictures taken on Majorca by photographer Anja Doehring, will remain on display at the Kunsthalle St. Annen in the town’s museum district up until September 18, 2016. The exhibition is the outcome of a dialogue between Doehring and the author, Charlotte Kerner, who have both been frequent travellers to the popular island for many years now.

Interspersed with breaks, the two artists have worked on their joint project since 2011. The outcome is the collection of fascinating pictures on display at the museum, as well as a photo book with the same title. The book presentation will take place on July 5 at the Kunsthalle St. Annen.
