Loïc Bréard's photo book "Egypt in the Mirror of Timelessness" has been released by the publishing house Seltmann + Söhne. The book is the culmination of numerous journeys through the Land of the Nile over the past 15 years.

History and Tradition
The black and white images, taken with an analogue Leica M6, seem to transcend the constraints of time. They serve as a reflection of Egypt's history and traditions, revealing the innermost nature of an ancient culture.

Roaming Photographer
As he does not see himself as a classic photojournalist, Bréard consciously decided that his travels through Egypt would not be to document the political situation or current affairs. Instead, he explored the country as a roaming observer – a drifter with a keen and open eye.
