Only few seats left: Telling stories, establishing connections – LFI Workshop with Dominic Nahr on June 18 and 19, 2016
Nahr will be running an intensive programme during the two day workshop, including editing, individual and group discussions, and a presentation of his approach to photography. The aim of the workshop is to further develop each participant's imagery and, by means of focussed picture selection, boil the story down to the essential.
Dominic Nahr was born in Switzerland in 1983 and grew up in Hong Kong. While studying film in Toronto he also began working as a freelance photographer. He has won a number of awards, including the 2009 Leica Oskar Barnack Newcomer Award. Among others, he has been published in TIME, The New Yorker, The New York Times Magazine, National Geographic Magazine, stern and LFI.
Participants are asked to bring along an existing project, which can be further developed during the workshop.
