The Leica Gallery Los Angeles is displaying a double exhibition of photographs by Till Brönner and Anna Mia Davidson up until January 18, 2016.
The photographic work of jazz trumpet player Till Brönner is presented in a series titled Faces of Talents. In addition to being one of the best and most successful jazz trumpet players of our times, Brönner has a very special visual awareness. Since discovering his love of photography when he got his first Leica, he turns the tables and portrays other world-famous musicians and celebrities: from Beth Ditto to Armin Müller-Stahl, from David Guetta to Gregory Porter. Anna Mia Davidson, a free-lance photographer from Seattle, has been documenting Cuban society since 1999. Her work was supported by the Blue Earth Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to photography as a means of conveying awareness of social problems.
