Art Wolfe (b. 1951 Seattle, USA) is a world famous nature photographer, best known for color images of wildlife, landscapes and native cultures. His award winning photographs document scenes from every continent and hundreds of locations, and have been noted by environmental advocacy groups for their stunning visual impact. Over the course of his 30-year career, Art Wolfe has worked on every continent and in hundreds of locations. His images interpret and record the world's fast-disappearing wildlife, landscapes, and native cultures, and act as a lasting inspiration to those who seek to preserve the very subjects recorded in Art's images. His photographs are recognized throughout the world for their mastery of color, composition and perspective.

The project “Earth Is My Witness” is the most extensive collection of Art Wolfe photography ever compiled. The exhibition presents highlights from his career, putting together the most spectacular imagery. The show is exclusively produced by the Städtische Galerie Iserlohn and the Stadtmuseum Schleswig (Germany), in close collaboration with Art Wolfe. In Iserlohn, the show is on display until May 1, 2016. From June 2 until October 30, 2016, the exhibition is on view in the museum of the city of Schleswig.

The artist will hold a lecture on June 3, 2016, at the A. P. Møller-Skolen, the Danish school of Schleswig.
