Soul of Hamburg


On December 1, 2014, the photo book Soul of Hamburg – Moderne Straßenfotografie (Modern Street Photography) by the young photographer duo Nino Vela (27) and Daniel Nide (26), will be released by publishers Gudberg Nerger.

It includes pictures taken by both photographers over the past four years, as well as others of which some were unpublished till now. In addition, it is an initiative aiming to translate an internet project into another medium.

Without the help of numerous pre-orders, it would not have been possible for the book to be published. The photographers' intention is to “blow a breath of fresh air into the street photography scene and, ideally, have an impact that goes beyond it!”
