Portfoliowalk, Deichtorhallen Hamburg 2013
On 29 November 2014, the annual Portfoliowalk takes place for the 8th time in Hamburg's Deichtorhallen. Organised by the DFA in collaboration with Hamburg's Haus der Photographie, the event starts at 18.00. Throughout the weekend, the annual DFA Conference will offer a host of seminars and exhibitions, both by DFA members and guests – providing an inspiring platform for the exploration of contemporary photography.
The Portfoliowalk has become an integral part of the DFA Conference, offering an opportunity for photographers to showcase their work to a broad audience, and receive constructive thoughts and comments from photography experts in both theory and practice.
Like every year, interested photographers are invited to submit their portfolios for the event. 20 photographers will be chosen to present their work in the Deichtorhallen exhibition space, with each participant being provided with their own table.
