Noorderlicht Photo Festival 2018

This year’s edition of the Noorderlicht International Photo Festival continues at the Museum Belvédère in Heerenveen, Netherlands, until 23 September 2018.

Once again, the Dutch city of Heerenveen dedicates a summer to photography: the Noorderlicht Photo Festival continues at the Museum Belvédère until 23 September 2018. This year’s edition of the international festival, which takes place for the 25th time, explores the topic The Nature of Nature. A total of 30 photographers from eleven countries present their individual views of nature as an elementary part of man’s identity. This is complemented by the exhibition OASE ORANJEWOUD | Nature and Focus, also showing at the Museum Belvédère. In addition, the satellite exhibition IN VIVO | Extended will be on display in the nearby city of Leeuwarden until 2 September, comprising nature and environmental images by eleven Dutch photographers.
